Mr. Noyes has been practicing law for more than 16 years with an emphasis on litigation. He has managed a variety of litigation cases from complicated wrongful death cases to simple dishonored check cases. He has been involved in debt collection litigation for the past 16 years, including as a partner in one of the highest volume debt collection law firms in the country. Mr. Noyes has represented a wide variety of creditors on a nationwide basis. He has been instrumental in recovering a substantial amount of money for the creditors and agencies he has represented.
